You are also provided with 24 hour access to our call centre monitoring application, allowing you to download all your users and check the number of messages processed. You can also watch the messages being answered in real time, set up keywords (see below), organise automatic messages and numerous other time saving features which we will guide you through when you join us.

Keyword Rental
If you don’t want to buy a text number for yourself yet, we can give you an identifying keyword on a number that already exists. You would then advertise this as ‘Text KEYWORD to 89999’ and anybody who texts in that word to that number is automatically classed as your client. Our call centre will answer your message for you with whatever service you specify and each message processed will entitle you to a revenue share. Our revenue shares are almost double industry standard.

You are also provided with 24 hour access to our call centre monitoring application, allowing you to download all your users and check the number of messages processed.

Obviously if you own your own code, then different keywords will allow you to provide different services on the same number.

Advertising
