The Management Team
The Management Team are very much hands on from start to finish.They have a gained a reputation for wearing great boots and drinking red wine. They aren't bad at management either, but they tend to hide that fact under a bushell* lest anyone notices.


The Content Providers
These are the guys who really make all the difference and are responsible for the extraordinarily high retention rates that our clients enjoy. An established team, many of whom have been with us for over two years and work fulltime, results in your messages being processed by highly experienced operators most of whom were snatched from careers as writers. They ensure that their messages are long, leading and descriptive, and they enjoy one of the highest rates of pay in the industry. We could, of course, fire the lot of them, find some illegal immigrants and cut our staff costs by 80% but this would result in a poor end-user experience and a lower ARPU as the new ops struggled to type 150 (very poor) messages an hour to make a living wage. So we won't do that.


The Blueshirts
These are the guys responsible for the incredibly funky chat application that we use. It is a fairly impressive and versatile piece of kit. Photo content can be added, specified marketing as well as mass mailing and intuitive responses can be configured and it is a delightful shade of blue. It matches their shirts.
